We are opening space for healing, reflection, and connection.

At Women’s Wellness & Parenting Support Center, our support groups are therapist led, culturally grounded, and trauma informed. These spaces are created for women, mothers, and young adults who have carried much on their own and are ready to pause, speak, and be supported.

Whether you are navigating motherhood, postpartum changes, identity, relationships, grief, or unspoken emotions, you are not alone.

Please see the flyer for group details.

📢 Salaam Dear Women and Mothers

We are excited to share that after months of collecting surveys and applying the feedback from our past participants, the new cohort of our group therapy program Let’s Heal Hooyo will begin this Thursday. This six-week journey is created for Somali women and mothers who want emotional relief, emotional regulation, cultural grounding, and stronger parenting skills.

🌿 Let’s Heal, Hooyo (Mom) 🌿

At the Women’s Wellness & Parenting Support Center, we understand the need to build a space where healing begins by embracing every part of who we are — as women, mothers, and families.

Let’s Heal, Hooyo is a program focused on Somali women and their families, exploring how shame can affect our identity and the development of our children — while celebrating our culture and faith values.

We’re excited to invite you to a virtual learning session this Saturday to learn more about our organization, services, and parenting programs designed to support Somali women in our community.
