I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults of all ages. My approach to therapy is rooted in mindfulness and connection, and I use a variety of theoretical approaches and evidence-based interventions. I have experience working with mood disorders, attachment disorders, complex mental health needs, and special education in the public school system. Choosing the right therapist can be hard, especially when you're feeling vulnerable and overwhelmed. In an attempt to make the process easier, I offer a free 15-minute phone/video consultation to discuss your needs in order to determine together whether our work would be a good fit together.
