Quintana Functional Wellness Functional medicine practitioner, nutritionist, and wellness coach specializing in Hashimoto’s.

I help women uncover root causes, identify hidden triggers, and build a personalized path to lasting health. I'm Tara Quintana, a board-certified family nurse practitioner and an IFM-certified functional medicine specialist based in Indiana, where I operate a separate medical practice. My dedication to functional medicine stems from its comprehensive approach to uncovering and addressing the root causes of health issues, rather than just treating symptoms. This passion led me to leave conventional practice, where I felt the focus on patient volume overshadowed true health optimization. In my role as a wellness coach, I use my functional medicine expertise to support clients in making healthier decisions about nutrition, exercise, and overall well-being. While I maintain a medical practice, my wellness coaching is distinct; I do not diagnose conditions or order lab work. Instead, I collaborate with your current healthcare providers, offering guidance to complement your ongoing health strategies. Through this coaching, I aim to create a partnership that empowers you to achieve sustainable health improvements, focusing on personalized goals and regular accountability. Together, we will develop a clear, actionable plan tailored to your unique health needs, setting the stage for improved well-being.
