Join Brazilian-born instructor Anita DeCastro for a playful fusion of yoga, primal movement, and the Afro-Brazilian art of capoeira. This class celebrates rhythm, strength, and connection.

This joyful workshop blends breath, sun salutations, animal-inspired movement, and foundational capoeira steps, ending in a circle of community and rhythm. 🌀

No capoeira experience needed. Just bring your curiosity, openness, and a willingness to move!

We’re still glowing from the magic of our recent Wellness Crossing ✨
The turnout was incredible, and what we’ve heard again and again from those who came is how deeply community-oriented it felt ... like a little mini retreat right here in our Hillside neighborhood. That was exactly what we were going for!!

Our hearts are so full of gratitude for every teacher, wellness practitioner, neighbor, musician, and participant who made the evening so special.

And good news — this gathering of wellness, connection, and joy will return in the spring! 🌸
