The holidays can be a painful time. For many, this is a season of loneliness, isolation, and exposure to toxic relationships. The resulting desire to numb that increasing pain seems to become even more unmanageable than usual. Often the memories of old days and good times become a painful burden that feel to heavy too bear.

Here’s the thing: there is relief. There is hope. There is freedom.
