Picky eating is a phase that we spend way too much time stressing over as parents. Giving your child stress free meal times is significantly more positively impactful than forcing a serving of vegetables every day through tears.

Of course if your child’s pickiness seems excessive, or extremely limited in the variety of foods they will even try, it is never a bad idea to talk to your pediatrician.
