Happy Halloween! Dr. Rachael O'Connell, ND, and her amazing husband, Kevin are in the Halloween spirit. They’re Moiraine Sedai and Lan Mondragaron from The Wheel of Time. Dr. O'Connell is quite the seamstress, on top of being a great naturopathic doctor.

What is the Wheel of Time? The Wheel of Time is a series of high fantasy novels written by Robert Jordan, later completed by Brandon Sanderson, consisting of 14 main books and a prequel. It features a richly detailed world, a complex magic system, and a large cast of characters, focusing on themes of destiny and the cyclical nature of time.

It's Foodie Friday, and Dr. Ted and family made some delicious muffins! We used the Simple Mills Chocolate Muffin & Cake Almond Flour Mix and Simple Mills Almond Flour Baking Mix, Pumpkin Muffin & Bread Mix, both which can be found on Amazon and some local grocery stores, too. Then we add in Sugar Free Lilly's chocolate chips to the pumpkin muffins. We also added in 3 scoops of SunWarrior vanilla protein powder to the chocolate muffins with extra water, and 2 scoops to the pumpkin muffins with extra water (for water we just went up to the next line on the measuring cup). SunWarrior protein powder can be purchased at Ohio Naturopathic and is great to add to baking or for your morning smoothie. It's delicious and dairy-free. Let us know if they look good to you, or share a photo if you end up making them too.

🌟 Welcome to the Team, Katie & Kris!
Katie has worked at Dr. Ted's office in Newton Falls for 5 years, and we are happy to promote her to office manager of our Boardman Office, Ohio Naturopathic Wellness Center. Kris is new to the Team but a long-time friend who is passionate about naturopathic medicine and its benefits.
We are excited to have both of you join us and are confident that your skills and caring nature will be a valuable addition. Together with Support Staff, Robin, we will continue to work hard to support the patients of Dr. Ted Suzelis, ND, and Dr. Rachael O’Connell, ND. We wish Heather, our office manager of 8 years, continued success in all she does.
