This patient came in with mid-face volume loss. We started with Sculptra to build a foundation, but that doesn’t replace filler—they work together, not against each other.

We added just two syringes of filler, and the difference speaks for itself. I was able to restore mid-face projection and support, while subtly contouring and smoothing the lower face.

She still looks like herself—just more refreshed, with volume placed back where it naturally diminishes over time.

Treatment plan:
• 2 syringes of filler (approx. $1,200)
• Full-face Dysport (settling in over ~3 weeks)

I’m so over overly curated “perfect” before and afters. Aesthetic work should be honest, subtle, and rooted in enhancing what’s already there.

This patient wanted improvement in her lower face but was nervous about filler and anything looking “done.” Noted.

We used 2 syringes, carefully placed and lightly distributed to support the lower face, with focus on chin projection and lip support to bring balance back to her profile.

She still looks like herself, just more refreshed, supported, and naturally rejuvenated.

It’s not about doing more. It’s about placing it right. Two syringes in the right zones can completely change how balanced the face feels—without changing who you are.

I treat every first appointment like speed dating—we get to know each other, your style, your vision. Choosing a provider is like choosing a partner… if we don’t align, it won’t work.

Every injector is an artist, and no two approaches are the same. That’s why I don’t believe in doing everything at once—slow and steady always wins. We build over time, adjusting as we go based on what you love (and don’t).

This is her second appointment—after biostimulators, we built with cheeks, lips, neurotoxin, and peptides!
