Get this…

Science shows that the words we repeat to ourselves shape our brain through neuroplasticity — meaning your thoughts literally rewire your mindset over time.
So every “I can’t” and every “I’m not enough” gets recorded…
But so does every “I’m learning,” “I’m growing,” and “I’ve got this.”

Your self-talk becomes your inner soundtrack.
Make it empowering. Make it gentle. Make it yours… especially if you have tiny ears listening to everything you say!

Here are 3 ways to improve your self-talk TODAY:

1️⃣ Catch the lie + flip it
When you hear “I’m failing,” try:
“I’m learning in real time.”
Progress > perfection.

2️⃣ Speak to yourself like someone you love
If you wouldn’t say it to your best friend, don’t say it to yourself.
Period.

3️⃣ Start stacking tiny affirmations
Before coffee. Before scrolling. Before bed.
“I am capable.”
“I am doing my best.”
“I am becoming.”

Future you (& your tiny human) is always listening.

Save this. Repeat it. Live it. ✨

You have way more power than you think.
More influence over your mood.
More say in how your day unfolds.

Even when things feel off… you can still create the sunshine.

The amount of happiness you feel is up to YOU. We give too much power to the external world and the current circumstances we find ourselves in.

Truth is, it’s not the thing your boss said. It’s not what your husband or girlfriend didn’t do. It’s not your busy schedule.

Take your power (& happiness) back by taking responsibility for your feelings.

Here are 3 ways to do it:

🌿 1. Reset your environment
Open a window. Make your bed. Clear one surface.
Outer order creates inner calm.

📝 2. Choose your word for the day
Joy. Calm. Focus. Grateful.
Then ask: What would someone who feels this way do today? Show up just like THAT.

💛 3. Take one brave step
Send the text. Start the workout. Have the conversation.
Confidence is built in small, courageous reps.

You don’t wait for better days.
You build them.

So tell me… what are you choosing today? ✨

Lately I’ve been thinking about this A LOT…

You are the creator of your destiny.
Not in a “toxic positivity” way.
In a real life, everyday choices matter way. 💭💫

Because here’s the truth:

Not happy? → What are you changing?
Feel stuck? → What’s one small move you can make?
Life feels chaotic? → What can you simplify today?
Feeling disconnected? → How can you reconnect to YOU?

Being in charge of your life is the sweet sauce of life. 🍯✨
It’s realizing you’re not powerless — you’re powerful.

And it doesn’t start with big dramatic changes.
It starts with tiny, intentional ones:

🌸 Drink more water
🌸 Go on the walk
🌸 Clean one drawer
🌸 Set one boundary
🌸 Write one goal
🌸 Say no once
🌸 Say yes to yourself
🌸 Go to bed earlier
🌸 Stop scrolling, start living

Little shifts.
Big energy.
New direction.

You don’t need a new year.
You don’t need permission.
You don’t need “someday.”

You get to decide… today.

And that’s what it means to show up for your dang life living it ON PURPOSE.

What’s one thing you’re choosing for yourself this week? 💭👇🏼

No matter where you are in life, you get to choose the word that describes it — because that word shapes how you move, how you decide, and how you show up.

If you find yourself describing your life with heavy or negative words, that’s how it’s going to feel. Our words become our lens. Our perspective.
But when you choose a word that feels lighter, kinder, or more intentional, your life starts to feel different too.

Want more joy? Create moments that feel light.✨
Want more peace? Protect your energy. 💓
Want more structure? Build routines that support you. 📆
Want more presence? Slow down and notice what’s already here. 🌿

Here’s the real question: what do you need to do today to make your life feel different? Feel more positive? One small choice, one intentional shift, one moment at a time. 💫

So… what word are you choosing to describe your life?

Caring for my mind isn’t optional — it’s essential. Especially now when a lot of my time & energy is focused on a tiny human!

Slowing down. Writing it out. Giving myself permission to pause.

A gentle reminder that tending to your mental health is part of showing up as the best version of you — for them and for yourself.

💓Save this for the days you need the reminder.

You are important too.

Being intentional has come up A LOT since I’ve become a mom.

How can I be more intentional in my life as a whole?

Here are my thoughts:

Intentional living isn’t about doing more — it’s about doing what matters.

Being intentional means you don’t let life happen to you.
You choose. You pause. You align.

Here are simple ways to start practicing living with intention with me⬇️

• Start your morning on purpose — Ask yourself…How do I want to feel today?
• Energy Audit — notice what drains you and what fills you. Protect the good!
• Choose your circle wisely — proximity is powerful. Be around people who genuinely make you feel GOOD!
• Align habits with goals — small daily actions > big someday plans.
• Speak with intention — to yourself and others. Words create direction.
• End the day with reflection — one win, one lesson, one piece of gratitude.

Intentional living isn’t perfection.
It’s presence.
It’s choosing alignment over autopilot.
It’s prioritizing.

✨ Show up for the life you’re building.

What’s one area you’re choosing to be more intentional with this week?

A soft reminder for YOU 🫵🏼

Life doesn’t need to feel calm, clean, or figured out to be beautiful.

Motherhood has been showing me that plans shift, days unravel, and things get messy — and none of that takes away from the magic. There is a whole lot of beauty in searching for what keeps you grounded and present and learning to pivot and just move on (& forward).

I’m learning that the most meaningful moments aren’t always the big ones (in Mom talk, the milestones)… they’re tucked into the in-between. The quiet, ordinary, imperfect parts.

The giggles in between the tired tears.
The smell of the pancakes and coffee in the sleepy mornings.
The warm shower after a busy day.

I’m learning that pausing — even for one deep breath — can change the whole moment.

My goodness, SLOW DOWN. I have to and I’m sure that you have to too!

You can feel tired and joyful.
Overstimulated and grateful.
Messy and still so beautiful.

Two things can be true at once.

Let your life be messy and unpolished and real and chaotic and wonderful and happy and uncertain and beautiful and peaceful.

Ahhhhhh, what a magical life it is to be able to appreciate it all.

31 feels like stepping into a new level of myself.
This past year taught me that growth doesn’t always look loud… sometimes it’s quiet, steady, and happening behind the scenes.

I learned to trust timing even when it doesn’t make sense.
To breathe through the unknown.
To show up for the version of me I’m still building and getting to know.
To let go of what drains me and protect what lights me up because time is nonrefundable.
To appreciate the tiny, ordinary moments because that’s where life is actually happening.
And I learned how much your circle truly matters — because the right people don’t wait for the perfect moment… they show up, stand close, and cheer hard. & that’s exactly how my crew works. 💓

Here’s to 31 — more peace, more joy, more intention, more alignment, more growth. ✨

Already grateful for whats to come…

Since becoming a mom, I’ve realized my self-talk isn’t just about me anymore. Little ears, little eyes — they catch it all.
So I’m trading “I can’t” for “I’ll try,” and “I’m tired of this” for “I’m grateful I get to.”

No, I’m not perfect. Yes, JUST this morning my husband called me out for being mean about my post baby body.

It’s not about perfection, it's about awareness & choosing to be better!

Because the way we speak to ourselves becomes the way they’ll speak to themselves.

Here are 3 ways to shift your self-talk (for you + everyone around you):

1. Catch it: Notice the words you use — especially when you’re frustrated or tired. Awareness is everything.

2. Flip it: Replace criticism with compassion — what would you say to your best friend (or your kiddos)?

3. Surround yourself wisely: Keep people close who remind you to talk gently to yourself — their energy sets the tone too. ✨

And in case you need the reminder today — you’re a rockstar. 💕 Add THAT one to your self talk tool kit. ;)

You’re not stuck — you’re holding the pen.
Every day, you get to write a little more of who you are. 📝

As a first-time mom, I’m learning in real time. Some days I feel like I’ve got it, other days it’s diapers, coffee, and hoping for the best. But that’s the story — and I’m here for it! 👏🏼

Here are 3 small but powerful ways I’m learning to take control and show up as me:

1️⃣ Set boundaries that feel like self-respect
Your energy is limited. Protect it like it’s gold — because it is.

2️⃣ Talk to yourself like someone who matters
You wouldn’t tear down your best friend. Don’t do it to you. Be kind. Be honest. Be on your own team.

3️⃣ Take one bold step a day
It doesn’t have to be huge — just yours. Put on the outfit. Say the thing. Make the call. Show up.

This isn’t about getting it perfect. It’s about showing up, claiming your space, and writing a life that actually feels like you! 🫵🏼
