One move. Full-body fire. 🔥
I loved this plank leg sweep we did in class today.
It seriously lit up the core, especially the obliques, while also working the entire body from shoulders to glutes.
What I love most about this exercise is how it combines strength + mobility — building stability through the core while increasing range of motion and control. It’s challenging, effective, and keeps your body fully engaged the whole time.
Small movements, BIG burn. 💥
If you want to feel strong, sculpted, and connected in your body, this one’s a must.
