One move. Full-body fire. 🔥
I loved this plank leg sweep we did in class today.
It seriously lit up the core, especially the obliques, while also working the entire body from shoulders to glutes.

What I love most about this exercise is how it combines strength + mobility — building stability through the core while increasing range of motion and control. It’s challenging, effective, and keeps your body fully engaged the whole time.

Small movements, BIG burn. 💥
If you want to feel strong, sculpted, and connected in your body, this one’s a must.

This rear delt + back extension combo is one of my favorite ways to challenge strength, posture, and control all at once.

As you extend the spine, the rear delts have to stabilize and work overtime — especially when you keep the neck long and resist momentum.
Think: lift with intention, squeeze between the shoulders, and control the return.
Functional, effective, and a serious burn 🔥

Side Plank Burnout Combo 🔥
We took today’s class next level with this spicy core + shoulder finisher.

✨ The Combo:
1️⃣ Side plank holding a dumbbell (I used 15 lbs) — stabilize, breathe, stay strong
2️⃣ Drop the weight, both hands to the floor → dip to press in a side plank twist
3️⃣ Finish with controlled pulses — emphasize the lift, slow and steady on the way down

This sequence is all about strength, control, and that final burnout that makes you feel 🔥 in the best way.
Try all three together, move with intention, and let me know how it goes 💪
