Remember to visit our page drpalazzo.com to fill out your paperwork prior to being seen for the first time. This will save you time at checkin. Also, we need a good phone number to be able to deliver Telehealth . If you have an email that would also facilitate the Telehealth visit.

We are planning to be open tomorrow from 8-12.
Many of our team members lost property and many still without power. To help them we are closing at noon and reopen Tuesday September 6.
Remember Monday September 6th is Labor Day and we will be closed.

Stay safe and call if you have any nonemergency needs. If you have an emergency situation call 911.
