It's time! Time to WHAT? Read this book 📖again....WHY? I just realized that I have lost sight of the things in my life that are beautiful and amazing. Let's just say I have become negative.....how many more punches 👊 from 2020 can we take? I want some joy, I want to think wow that was easy to accomplish, I am tired of the struggle and the fight.
At this moment I can't see my way through this so when this happens I turn to the book the MAGIC. It's a daily activity for 28 days.....
Example: Day 5 Magic Money 🤑

🖐 Raise your hand if you have been there.....I know I have....I leave and come back to that place when money gets tight or something doesn't go like I planned.
So the answer is gratitude! I know WTH....how can you be grateful when things are bad....there is way....if you want to change your situation you have to start somewhere.....The below practice doesn't cost anything.(you can do it without the dollar)

The practice in this book is to take a $1 bill and on a sticky note write THANK YOU FOR ALL THE MONEY I HAVE BEEN GIVEN THROUGHOUT MY LIFE....carry this $1 with you and at least 3 times take it out hold it in your hand and truly feel the gratitude of the money you have received in your life.
Just try it and see....I noticed that I feel better when I feel grateful and the negative feelings go away. If they come back to you then you can choose to be grateful.....I am not saying 💩 doesn't happen because it does but you can't stay in that place forever. Start with small changes, like gratitude, follow positive people on social media, and if you are up for it and need some accountability...we can read this book together...comment below👇 if you are in or have done the exercises🤸♀️ in this book what you experienced.
