Journey with me into the trees! Dress warmly, prep a protein snack and a warm beverage. Autumn is my favorite time to hike. Fewer insects and no snakes, lol. But really the colors and the sounds of the landscape are so soothing. I feel invigorated smelling the leaves and watching the squirrels skitter around.
