Flexibility- our bodies are designed to be flexible. I am blessed to have this precious being every Tuesday and I let her lead me in a movement adventure. I mirrored her movements and lasted a solid 5 minutes before I was wiped out!
She is my weekly accountability to stretch my body.
I encourage you to get back to the floor and roll around, grab your feet, open the hips, twist, reach, contract and squat- lots of squatting.

This tool works!!!!!
I do a similar technique with clients and I can’t sustain the hold as long as some may need or as frequently as they need while retraining the muscles and creating recovery.
These tools are great, clients who have this all report success in alleviating sciatic pain.
