Flexibility- our bodies are designed to be flexible. I am blessed to have this precious being every Tuesday and I let her lead me in a movement adventure. I mirrored her movements and lasted a solid 5 minutes before I was wiped out!
She is my weekly accountability to stretch my body.
I encourage you to get back to the floor and roll around, grab your feet, open the hips, twist, reach, contract and squat- lots of squatting.
