Hello Cambridge Commercial Club and Midvale, Idaho this Wednesday I will be making rounds up there.
This will be my last Wednesday up there for a while. Don’t worry, I have coverage and a well known person to you all that will be filling in for me and coming up there to see people. I will still see patients via Telehealth and on weekends.
I will be back in full swing up there hopefully by the end of March.
Thank you so much for all of the support, referrals, words of encouragement, and welcome that I have felt. It’s been so wonderful being home again.

Good evening.
This coming week, we will NOT be at the Cambridge Community Clinic. We are not sure when we will be back there.
However, we are still offering house calls and virtual visits.

Good evening everyone!
Cold and flu season is here. We use the word flu a lot. I often hear people say they are down with the flu.
Flu is definitely a virus. Influenza is a virus that usually hits people very hard and seems to hit out of nowhere. Presents with high fever, body aches. People relate this virus and feeling to “being hit by a bus.” This strain of influenza has a vaccine and if you are interested it isn’t too late to get that vaccine.
The flu, many people get is a common cold. Usually treated with rest. Over the counter medication and good vitamins.
The best prevention to all of this is good hand hygiene, not touching your face, eating healthy, sleeping, and taking your vitamins. If you are sick stay home.

Want to stay healthy this holiday season?
As we move into the colder days and are around family, friends, and indoors a lot more; the best way to stay healthy is by taking your vitamins! I know... sounds like "old school" advice. But it works. Now is the time to remind the kids to take their chewable multivitamins every morning before school. Adults, I recommend a good multivitamin as well. In addition, add extra vitamin D; the days are shorter and we are not getting the sunlight we need. If you start to feel a little run down, SLEEP. It truly is the best medicine.
