Most people don’t suffer because of what happened to them…
they suffer because they keep chasing why it happened. 🧠

You replay the moment.
You analyze every word.
You try to understand the person, the reason, the injustice.

But while you’re chasing the snake…
the poison is still inside you.

Buddhist wisdom teaches this clearly:

Pain is inevitable.
Suffering is created by the mind that clings, resists, and replays.

The more you hold onto the story,
the deeper the wound becomes.

Healing doesn’t begin
when you find answers.

Healing begins
when you stop needing them.

Let go of the “why.”
Let go of proving you didn’t deserve it.
Let go of chasing closure from people who cannot give it.

Instead…

Focus on your breath.
Your peace.
Your growth.

🌱

You don’t need to chase the snake.
You need to remove the poison.

And the moment you choose healing over overthinking…
you take your power back.

This too shall pass.
