All you yogi’s, come take practice with us tomorrow, October 2nd, at our first Ashtanga Yoga Boise Practice Group! Hollywood Market Yoga 8:30-11:00 am. Come any time, but allow enough practice time to finish by 11:00. $10 donation is asked but no one will be turned away. This is independent practice with some adjustments/instruction as requested. All levels welcome. Please have enough yoga experience to use practice sheets if needed. We’ll be here every Wednesday and Friday! Contact Rebecca Houston with questions: 808-344-3034.

Liz was hit by a car on her bicycle Friday 7/19/19. The impact resulted in a pilon fracture in her leg. This fracture is very difficult to fix which means Liz will have to have 2-3 surgeries to get her on the road to recovery. She will be off of her feet for about 3 months, so she won’t be able...

Boise Ashtangis, Rebecca Houston will be leading class this Sunday (tomorrow) from 3:30-5pm at Sage Yoga and Wellness. Rebecca brings years of practical experience in this method.
