Strength starts in the mind, how you see yourself and what you can do or accomplish. Yoga is such a great representation of life, somedays strength comes easy weather physical or mentally. Somedays you have to dig deeper than others. Remembering that just like in yoga, just showing up can be all the strength you have that day. So continue to practice and build on what you accomplished each day. You are powerful beyond measure and have the strength to do anything you set your mind to.

It is such a blessing to be alive and experiencing the gifts that you receive each day! When the sun shines on you or in those gloomy days find the things to be grateful for. It’s sometimes harder than others but if you make it a priority to find the things to be grateful for life continues to show you the gifts you are given. Yoga is a great way to experience your body and your breath and remember both are a gift. So each day remind your self to move your body, take deep breaths and find the things to be grateful for!

Time to move your body on this Saturday morning!! Try this fun yoga flow, that has some more hip and low back movements continuing the theme of the week! Yoga is so great for you to do whenever you have free time and space to do it. Always remember move at your own pace and remember to breath and have fun with it!

Life can be so busy, we as humans get so focused on all the things that we forget who we are and where we’re going. This is a reminder to sit your b***y down and close your eyes and take some breaths. Take this opportunity to connect back to you. Meditation doesn’t have to be for hours on end. It can be simple 5-10 breaths. Maybe start there and work up to 5 mins. You’ll be amazed at the changes you’ll find if you make this an everyday thing.

We made this fun flow for you to try! Focusing on our hips again this time with a little movement. This flow is nice and simple, for all levels and really easy to try on your own. Remember to go nice and slow and keep breathing and doing yoga!
