Happy New Year! 💫
As we step into January, I’m pausing in gratitude. This coming month, I will be hosting my 100th sound bath, and I’m feeling so thankful for this path, this work, and every soul who has shared space with me along the way.
I’m also gently expanding my offerings with a new nervous system workshop — an educational, embodied experience centered around slowing down, reconnecting to the body, and learning tools to support regulation in daily life.
