Operates from fear AND creates from freedom
At some point, you have to choose.
And that choice? It’s uncomfortable. Messy. Sometimes lonely.
Because growth means outgrowing—beliefs, patterns, relationships, versions of yourself you thought were permanent.
But here’s the beautiful part: On the other side of that discomfort is a version of you that doesn’t need to control, perform, or prove anything to feel worthy.
