Healing doesn’t stop in the therapy room. 💛

This weekend, the team at SAVI Therapy Group, alongside our families, came together to volunteer at Feed My Starving Children.

At SAVI, we believe connection is at the heart of everything we do. Whether we’re supporting clients in session or serving families across the world, we’re committed to making an impact near and far.

We’re passionate about supporting mental health — and we’re just as passionate about showing up for our communities in meaningful ways. Service is one of the many ways we live out our values beyond the office walls.

Proud of this team. Proud of this mission.

Looking for ways to give back? Find a cause that speaks to you and gather your people. 💛

Stronger love isn’t about grand gestures—it’s about small, meaningful moments ❤️

Healthy relationships thrive on connection, understanding, and intentional care. Using the Gottman Method, couples can deepen their bond by truly knowing each other’s inner world, expressing appreciation, turning toward one another in everyday moments, and approaching conflicts with calm and respect. Creating shared meaning through rituals, goals, and values strengthens trust, intimacy, and partnership. Even small actions, done consistently, can make a big difference in growing a lasting, loving relationship.
Healthy relationships are built through awareness and communication.

Know your attachment style.
Stay curious about your partner.
Speak with intention.

Your inner voice matters—what are you saying to yourself today? ✨

Positive self-talk isn’t about ignoring challenges—it’s about choosing words that lift, encourage, and guide you through them. The way we speak to ourselves shapes our confidence, resilience, and overall mental health. Start small: replace self-criticism with affirmations, celebrate progress instead of perfection, and remind yourself that growth is a journey. Your words can either hold you back or help you soar—choose the ones that empower you!

Try one positive affirmation today and notice the difference. Share your favorite self-talk phrase in the comments! ❤️

Stronger relationships start with understanding, hope, and the right support. 💛 Meet Savannah.

Savannah specializes in couples therapy, using a direct and empathic approach that fosters emotional support while instilling hope and optimism. Many couples seek therapy after significant challenges—often feeling disconnected, resentful, or unheard. Savannah helps partners identify unmet needs, manage defensiveness, and build healthier patterns of interaction, so sessions end with insight, tangible skills, and a renewed sense of connection.

As a Marine Corps veteran, mother of three, and happily married for 11 years, Savannah brings real-life experience to her clinical work. She understands the complexities of parenthood, marriage, career, and everyday stressors, which allows her to meet couples exactly where they are.

Savannah has worked extensively in community mental health and has been in private practice since 2020, supporting individuals and couples who may have felt unheard in past therapy experiences. She challenges limiting beliefs, fosters healthier mindsets, and helps clients move toward their goals—rather than self-sabotage 🌱

✨ Complimentary 15-minute consultation available to see if we’re the right fit.

If life feels like survival mode, you don’t have to stay there. 🤍

Kevin works with individuals navigating major life transitions and overwhelming stressors who feel stuck, disconnected, or like they’ve lost control. Whether you’re facing trauma, addiction, disordered eating, anxiety, or depression, Kevin understands how these patterns can begin as coping tools—and over time start to hold you back.

Kevin takes a collaborative, individualized approach, meeting clients exactly where they are. He believes there is no one-size-fits-all path to healing and personalizes care to each client’s unique circumstances, goals, and readiness for change.

Drawing from CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness, and harm-reduction, Kevin helps clients safely explore what’s keeping them stuck, regulate emotions, and take meaningful steps forward—at a pace that balances both growth and safety. He also believes in the healing power of nature and encourages connection to it as part of the therapeutic process.

Kevin’s clinical focus includes working with individuals struggling with addiction, disordered eating, and major life transitions, including veterans transitioning to civilian life. His goal is to help clients reduce shame, deepen self-understanding, and move from just getting by to fully engaging with life 🌱

✨ Ready to step out of survival mode and toward change?
📩 DM us or 📞 call (331) 452-6419 to schedule with Kevin.
