ONE OF MY FAVORITE PRODUCTS
💥Thieves Fruit & Veggie Soak to the rescue! I am guessing that you don't always rinse off your apple before biting off a chunk. (Neither did we, until I started using THIEVES Fruit & Veggie Wash)

But after reading the Environmental Working Group's annual Shopper's Guide to Pesticides, you might think twice before taking that bite.

Every year, the EWG breaks down which fruits and vegetables have the most pesticides and which have the fewest. Their mission is to make food supply more transparent in order to help you decide when it's worth spending extra for organic produce.

For many years in a row, apples 🍎 have topped the "dirty" list, because of the chemicals applied to the crop before and after harvest to preserve them.

💥And for the second consecutive year, avocados topped the "clean" list, with only 1% of samples showing any detectable pesticides. We'll take any excuse to eat more avocados.

🥔The average potato had more pesticides by weight than any other produce.
🍇A single grape sample and a sweet bell pepper sample contained 15 pesticides.
🍒🍉🍑🍅Single samples of cherry tomatoes, nectarines, peaches, imported snap peas and strawberries showed 13 different pesticides apiece.

Air Fryer Zucchini Fries

💚How to Make Crispy Zucchini Fries in Air Fryer
Breading: For low-carb and keto diets, we love using a mixture of almond flour and freshly grated parmesan cheese. The mixture is perfect and makes super crispy zucchini fries. For non-keto diets, panko bread crumbs work wonders. They are super light and crispy and are a must try.

Cooking: To get perfectly crispy zucchini fries all around, be sure not to over-crowd your air fryer. Place as many zucchini fries as you can into the air-fryer without overlapping.
Seasoning: These breadcrumbs are delicious on their own with just a pinch of salt and pepper but if you’d like to make them extra special, we highly suggest spicing things up! Adding a teaspoon or two of your favorite spice blend (Italian, taco, ranch, Cajun) to the breading mixture will take these fries to the next level!

* 2 medium zucchini
* 1 large egg beaten
* ½ cup almond flour or panko/Italian breadcrumbs
* ½ cup parmesan cheese grated
* 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning or seasoning of choice
* ½ teaspoon garlic powder optional
* Pinch of salt and pepper
* Oil for spraying olive or oil of choice
* Cut the zucchini in half and into sticks (aka fries) about 1/2 inch thick and 3-4 inches long. �
* In a shallow bowl, combine the almond flour (or bread crumbs), grated parmesan, spices and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix to combine. �
* Dredge zucchini in egg and then in the almond flour mixture and place on a plate or baking sheet. Generously spray zucchini with cooking spray.�
* Working in batches, place the zucchini fries in a single layer in the air fryer. and Cook for 10 minutes at 400F, or until crispy.

I am a Wife, Momma, Nana, Salon Owner and Entrepreneur, who has an amazing community that loves to share and bless others with hope using Young Living essential oils and products. Young Living has changed my life by getting my body balanced after 29 years of a toxic chemical salon work environment, emotional, mental, physical, stress and hormones imbalances. We all have access to natural resources (God provided us with plants for a reason) to keep us healthy and to help bounce back faster from life's crazy circus. Every day I learn something new about using YLEO, products, supplements and something new about my own body. This has been an ever-evolving process for me. I look at some of my earlier issues, and I realize how much my own personal lifestyle has changed since I set out on this life changing journey. I’ve cleaned up my diet considerably, and I see a lot of branching out into new, exciting directions.

There is no right or wrong. I am not a doctor, nutritionist or a dietician. I am not now, nor will I ever, tell you what you should or should not do for your health and wellness. I have a PASSION for being part of the YL leadership team support, I provide informative information for natural wellness alternatives to empower others about health & wellness for them to decide what is best for them and their families.
