I’ve learned something over the years.

God doesn’t ask for perfection.
He asks for obedience and courage.

I’ve stood before Him more than once feeling broken, uncertain, and not nearly “put together” enough to lead anything. But the truth is… He’s the Master of working with imperfect people.

So many times I prayed for peace.
Instead He gave me the courage to keep fighting.

I prayed for strength.
Instead He taught me surrender.

I prayed for understanding.
Instead He reminded me to trust Him.

That’s the part people don’t always see behind a business, behind the growth, behind the confidence. The battles. The rebuilding. The moments you feel completely unqualified for the calling placed on your life.

But when you know who you are in Christ, something shifts.

You stop trying to prove yourself.
You stop shrinking to make others comfortable.
You stop apologizing for the space you take up.

You realize you’re a daughter of the King.

And when you walk in that identity, you move differently. You build differently. You lead differently.

Today I’m grateful for every imperfect step that brought me here. Because I know without a doubt that God can create something beautiful out of a life that simply chooses to trust Him.
