✨Misty Sheets ✨

Hi! I’m Misty Sheets. I’m a 50-year-old wife, mom, Mimi, lunch lady, and I serve on the worship team at Harvest Christian Centre. I’m also on a health journey and have lost 80 pounds so far, and I’m still continuing toward my goals.

I first decided to try the faith-based Pilates classes after some friends told me about them and got me excited to come. Now I absolutely love it! Every class leaves me feeling relaxed, accomplished, and proud of myself.

What makes these classes special to me is how they combine movement with devotion and prayer. I’ve taken many different kinds of classes over the years, but this one truly brings everything together in a way that strengthens both my body and my faith.

One of my favorite things is the community—everyone encourages each other and pushes through together, even when it’s hard.

If you’ve been thinking about trying a class, I would say come check it out! I promise you will love it! It’s such a wonderful way to worship God while taking control of your health. 💛🙏
