Guess who funded the first food pyramid?
Yup - the grain industry.

The government not only allowed it, they were part of food fraud.

This happened under President George Bush.

Agribusiness, including grain, wheat, corn, and cereal interests, donated massive amounts of money through PACs and private donors to his presidential campaign.

All while Americans became more and more unwell.

This was also the era of “fat-free” that literally starved our brains of essential nutrient.

The photo on the right is the new food pyramid.

But it’s not new.

It’s how humans ate before 1942.

The first major boom in processed & packaged foods began in the 1950s as well as a boom in pharmaceutical era - funny how those go hand in hand.

…and then accelerated again in the 1970s–1980s.

Stop funding Big Food + Big Pharma with your grocery cart.

Whenever possible find local farmers who grow their foods without pesticides.

Eat real meat.

Support farmers markets.

Grow a garden. Eat seasonally-grown foods.

This is how we should eat.

No pockets lined.

It only took 34 years.

I woke up last Moday feeling the crud coming on - sore throat, swollen lymph nodes - and it took diligent sauna sessions, red light therapy, and the following supplement combo to kick all the way! By yesterday, Friday, I felt 100% AND I was able to do all my normal activities all week.
