We are returning to common sense. Good.

Real food nourishes the body, the way it was designed to be nourished. That’s Gods provision.

Protein matters, that’s includes both plant and animal sources—especially High Quality Protein from red meat (cooked red meat 🥩).

Somewhere along the way, meat became the enemy, healthy fats became demonized and “made you fat”.

But Biblical Scripture shows is something different. God fed His people with meat, dairy, honey and wholesome foods, not lab-made substitutes.

I’m glad for the half truth being told to the people concerning how they got so sick and how they can do better.

That’s a step forward.

If you’re not sure what to pray today, start with praise. Worship shifts the atmosphere and recenters your heart back on the One who sits on the throne. 🙏🏽

“Blessing and glory and wisdom and thanksgiving and honor and power and might be to our God forever and ever.” (Revelation 7:12)

Take 60 seconds right now—whisper: “Lord, You are worthy.”

As this new year begins, God is not asking you to perform—He’s inviting you to return.

Not halfway. Not distracted. With all your heart.

Joel 2:12–13 reminds us that repentance isn’t condemnation, it’s mercy calling us home. If you’ve been weary, distant, or spiritually dry, hear this:

“Yet even now.”

You can come back. He is gracious, merciful, slow to anger, and abounding in steadfast love. 🤍

Happy New Year 2026 ✨

Stay alert, discerning and rooted in the Word of God, “lest Satan should get an advantage of you: for you are not ignorant of his devices.

As I step into the new year, my prayer is simple:

Less of me and my flesh—more of God.

More of His presence.
More of His Word.
More like Christ.

Not just in what I say, but in what I choose and do.

This is not a resolution. I don’t believe in resolutions.

This is awareness.
This is choosing.
This is deciding what I will feed and what I will starve.

So here’s my decision:
I’m choosing thirst for Yahweh.
I’m choosing to seek first the Kingdom.
Because, He who seats on the Throne is faithful.

To 2026— and the dwelling in the presence of God.
