It’s been a minute fit family, but I’m ready to share the next part of my journey with you. I’ve been doing some soul searching and introspection. Aka “shadow work” which we should all be doing. I’ve gotten more in touch with my spirituality. Going in and meditating, making peace with my past, and actively working towards a bright future. Really starting to accept and love myself, and I want to share bits of lessons I’ve learned along the way in the hopes of spreading love and guidance to anyone struggling with their weight and self-esteem.

I’ve made the decision to no longer eat animals or animal products. Something clicked for me personally and it no longer serves me. It’s been 2 weeks and I already feel a huge difference in how I feel physically and emotionally eating plant-based. This page will never be judgemental or preachy with how I choose to eat. I will continue creating programs that include meat for you guys and never push my beliefs onto others. But I will be sharing recipes and tips if that’s where you are or would like to go.

My goal is to learn how to eat intuitively. Being mindful of what I’m putting into my body and making myself feel properly nourished and healthy. A cleaner diet equals a cleaner body mind and soul, and I’m loving the effects so far.

Growing up overweight and unhealthy is a complicated process to make peace with. You have to unlearn and relearn a lot of what you told yourself and how you viewed yourself, and that’s the direction I’d like to go in with you guys with guiding your own personal fitness journeys. 🤍
