βοΈ Simple mobility routine for soreness π¨
For those of us in New England sheltering in from the recent snowstorm/ blizzard, I have a simple mobility routine that can be done on the floor or on a bed or couch
Bonus points if you have a furry loved one that wants to join in!
This quick sequence of movements is helpful for those with knee hip pelvis or low back stiffness/ soreness. It could even be helpful for a neck soreness. Try it out! Let me know what you feel!
