Self-Massage (or Partner Help!)
Use your thumbs or fists to apply light pressure along the low back and the top of the hips.
If you have a partner, have them use broad, slow strokes on the lower back—no digging needed!
💡 Tip: Add a warm towel before stretching to soften the muscles.
