Looking for a fun, free local event in our Roxbury community? 🏃‍♂️

The Boston Athletic Association is hosting a Youth Track Meet on Sunday, December 7th at the Reggie Lewis Center—and all kids ages 4–14 are invited! Open to all abilities and no experience is necessary, just bring your energy! 🎽💪

🕒 3–5 PM | 📍 Reggie Lewis Track & Athletic Center, 1350 Tremont St., Roxbury
🎖 Kids can try as many events as they’d like, and everyone receives a ribbon!

Today, we celebrate White Cane Day—a time to recognize the white cane as more than a tool for mobility. It’s a symbol of health, independence, and empowerment for people who are blind or have low vision.

At the Road to Wellness, we honor the incredible blind and visually impaired runners and walkers who embody strength, balance, and resilience with every step. Whether walking with a cane, running with a guide, or navigating by sound and feel, these athletes remind us that wellness is for everyone—and that movement connects us all.

Ways to show support today and every day:

❤️ Encourage movement and wellbeing for people of all abilities
