Happy morning! (?)

“How may I know you, O Yogin,
reflecting on you constantly? “

“In what diverse states of being are you to be imagined?”

A friend of mine said, when I was lost, open the Gita randomly and that will help.

It did, clarity is in me.

A talented client of mine said, read Micheal Port, and so I started it, have been answering prompts all week aimed at clarity of self + brand.

I wanted to share 🤍

I’m Krista Quinn

I am a teacher of movement, a facilitator of healing, a hormone on legs, and a revealer. I like to feel connected, purposeful, supportive, effective, and grateful.

In a past life that sometimes blends with this one, I was a musician, this was and still is part of my healing process. But mostly lives in me as deep insight and creativity 🔥

I love supporting human with back pain, who are beginners to conscious movement, who have intense cycles related to hormones, and who are seeking emotional clarity and support using mindfulness, and body awareness as vehicles for the process.

The #1 tool I use to facilitate this support, is creating space in myself to listen and practice. But I also use:

Hatha Yoga 🌝🌚

Mindful strength training 💪🏽

Meditation 🧘🏻‍♀️

Foundational neuroscience as it applies to movement 🧠

The last bit of the sauce is that thing you can’t see, but feel, a human resonance and connection that is everything 💫

So I won’t be for everyone, THANK GLOB 🙏

I know a lot of you in so many different ways. Growth is so interesting in that way. For those of you that I don’t know, or that I haven’t heard from in a while…

I’m excited to announce doors are open for my 12 week Foundations series!

What is it?

Think of it as all the tools you need to feel comfortable in a Yoga class! As well as a strength and mobility precursor to beginner strength training!

When does it start?

✨Next Tuesday Oct 5th at 6pm EST via Zoom!

✨A 30 minute 1-1 assessment call, where I take a detailed movement/injury assessment, and gait, joint mobility, strength, and breath assessments.

✨ A personalized group class experience capped at 12 people!

✨Learn fully body joint mobility sequences!

✨Develop an at home Hatha yoga practice!

✨Learn body weight squat and hinge mechanics!
