Meet Coach Melissa, a Monument OG with over a decade in the fitness industry and a serious passion for helping others thrive.

A member since 2018 and coach since 2020, Mel brings energy, expertise, and a signature mix of fire playlists and Michael Scott humor to every class. When she’s not coaching, she’s serving patients as an RN at MGH and leading as Head of Clinical Services at Vivolo Wellness Club.

Hard work, heart, and good music, that’s Mel in a nutshell.

Aaron has been coaching for nearly 20 years, starting out in college baseball before bringing his passion to fitness.

For the past 13 years, he’s built Monument Fitness alongside Stacey, creating a community where members push past limits and thrive.

As Head of Programming, Aaron designs workouts that challenge and motivate and as a coach, he’s the one who makes you believe you can do more than you thought possible.
