The East Boston Neighborhood Health Center (EBNHC) has been a vital part of the community for more than 50 years. From the beginning, our organization has been defined by the needs of East Boston and the communities we serve. We are the largest ambulatory care center in New England and more than half of our patients are best served in a language other than English. Our mission is to promote and sustain healthy communities, families, and individuals by providing accessible, person-centered, compassionate, high-quality health care services to all who live and work in our service area, regardless of ability to pay, while upholding diversity, equity, and inclusion at the core of all that we do. 🦃 This Thanksgiving, we joined forces with the American Red Cross of Massachusetts and Spoonfuls, Inc. to distribute over 300 turkeys, fresh produce, dried goods, and hygiene products to families in East Boston and Chelsea. Thanks to this incredible partnership and our team of volunteers, families received nutritious, seasonal food to enjoy at home.

As we begin the season of gratitude, we wanted to share a heartfelt thank you to Governor Maura Healey, Secretary Kiame Mahaniah, and MassHealth for their continued support of PACE programs across the Commonwealth.

Since launching the first PACE program 35 years ago, we’ve helped thousands of older adults receive care, dignity, and independence—right in their own communities. We’re proud of how far we’ve come and excited to bring this holistic care model to even more seniors and families.
