Healthy- ish Alternatives

Whether you love to bake and want to find a quick cake mix to make your life a little bit easier
Or
You like to have homemade cake but you are a bad baker and you rely on store bought cake mix

This cake mix from is so good. I was shocked when I looked at the cake mix ingredients.

The ingredients are so simple, paleo, and doesn’t have refined sugar.

I made Carrot cake with the vanilla mix and it turned out do good.

🚨Emily Mariko Rice and Salmon leftover dish 🚨- 🐟Tuna edition 🐟

I was so intimidated to try this dish to be honest 😅😅

But😋
Surprisingly, both my husband and I really like it.
I will definitely give it a try with other type of fish.

I find it really easy, healthy and delicious to make for a quick lunch or dinner.

1 can of tuna - I used
White rice with some rice vinegar
Sriracha, a bit of mayo, coconut amino’s sauce.
Salt and pepper
Add your favorite toppings

🇨🇷Costa Rica 🇨🇷 Travel Tips.

✨Went to Costa Rica in the middle of Covid Pandemic (Feb 2021) 😅

✨You can’t enter any place in CR without washing your hands and most places also take your temperature 🤒

✨Costa Rica is known for its beautiful beaches, however, I went to the mountains and volcano side (Monteverde and Arenal Volcano)

✨I loved the simplicity of life in Costa Rica and it actually changed me so much. It is slower paced than what we have in the US and everything seems more fresh and organic

✨Hot tip: Enjoy the fresh fruit and delicious coffee ☕️

✨Don’t miss San Jose Central Marcado. It is my favorite 😍.
