A little about me:

1. I’m a twenty-something-year old writer by morning, worker by day, and student by night.

2. I’m on a mission to spend my life dedicated to the exploration of both the individual and collective healing of mind, body, and spirit.

3. I think at its core, life is a journey to uncovering our healthiest and truest versions of ourselves.

4. I believe in a higher power who intends for your life and mine to be a unique journey to greater freedom and greater life.

5. Bibs.live is the home for my latest musings on everything from my favorite health and wellness tips, to my thoughts on the big questions about life and what it means to be human. But enough about me. (Seriously, I’d love to hear from you. I think getting to know new people and hearing each other’s stories is one of the coolest gifts we have in this life, and the beauty of the internet is just how easy it makes that for us! I’d hate for us to waste that. Plus TBH I just really like to make new friends 🤓)

never been more grateful for friends & found family. thank you to the people that made this past month in MA so special. and thank you to the people (in MA, IL & beyond) who helped carry me through this absolutely audacious year.

this past weekend was so full of magic + love. had to share the highlight reel w y'all. .creative & I spent less 36 hours in NYC & took full advantage…

1 - we saw our friends sarah & matthew get MARRIED. (dude, I just love love. CONGRATULATIONS to one of my oldest friends 💗)

2 - we saw the SOL while on the NYC ferry. (which, btw, is such an economical/underrated way to get on the water).

3 - I got to take a class with one of my fav teachers, . (I’m so grateful for this form of movement, for their digital studio & for the opportunity to be in the room with other humans this past weekend… sweating/yelling/shaking s**t up together).

4 - we walked across the williamsburg bridge (with delicious drinks in hand, talking about the magnitude & magic of nyc).

5 - had such a sweet anniversary meal out at an entirely gluten-free restaurant (happy 4 years, .creative ❤️).

6 - 😭 if you are a celine dion fan, a musical fan, and/or are even just a little bit gay, you simply must see this show. the writing & improv were so brilliant & the joy in the room was unparalleled. i went to see this as a way to lean into celebrating life atm… it’s been a really weird/hard 2024, but this show was/is such a bright spot & I couldn’t be more thankful I got to experience it — and during pride month, no less ! 🌈

saturday was such a dream 🥰 i am extending the sincerest thank you to each sweet soul that said yes to moving & brunching together this past weekend. your presence & participation meant more to me than i can say. 🤍

today I just want to openly express love to and solidarity with the q***r community & especially the trans community… i long for the day where safety and celebration are inevitable for everyone. until then… we persist.
