Sound on. This is Hot Shot, one of the bright spirits at Lovelane Special Needs Therapeutic Riding Program. Following our acupressure session, his body was softly responding to the work. I chose to leave him on cross ties for a few quiet moments, allowing him the space to pause, settle, and be with the subtle shifts moving through his body. What isn’t visible in this post is the quiet trust, deep connection, and mutual willingness that Hot Shot and I shared during our session. Moments like these are why I love this work. Being with the animals in this way fills my heart and nourishes my soul—I am truly grateful. Thank you Hot Shot.🙏❤

It is an honor each and every time I am asked to support the well-being of equines that work and support the humans in equine assisted services. This is Zucchini at soaking up and processing the energy work after our session today. With Zucchini being sore in his shoulder, I chose acupressure points to release pain and tension in the foreleg and neck, and to strengthen his energy. He was a focused and present partner, supporting his own healing. Beautiful. Thank you Zucchini. 🙏❤️

Meet Geronimo, one of the bright lights at Rein in a Dream Therapeutic Horsemanship Program. Geronimo was my partner in our acupressure session. This video highlights his responses to our acupressure session with signs of relaxation, peace, and healing.

His companion, Zephyr, crossed the rainbow two weeks prior. Instead of focusing on the loss of his buddy, I chose to see and celebrate Geronimo as a perfect being of light, seeing him with a heart full of love and compassion rather than with pity or sadness, reflecting back to him the unconditional love and compassion he embodies. When we see the inherent perfection in animals, we embrace them in a space of love and light. I learned this life-changing lesson in my Let Animals Lead® Animal Reiki training, and it's a philosophy I carry with me each day.❤🙏
