Seeking tech savvy individuals to assist in the ex*****on of virtual conferences on a contract/per diem basis. The ideal candidate will have exceptional project management and communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and a heart for client support and customer satisfaction. This position requires proficiency using a computer and tablet often simultaneously, all MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, PPT, Excel), and the ability to provide basic technical support via email and online chat boards. An understanding of the Zoom platform and Slido is helpful. Assignments fluctuate in length and duration. Candidates must have a flexible schedule to work varying conference hours – all days of the week and weekend from our socially-distanced broadcast studio in Danvers or occasionally in Boston.

Last year Agri Meetings entered the virtual meetings space with our first live-streamed conference. Little did we know, this method would become our new way of bringing people together. Tomorrow we start year TWO of virtual meetings!!! Our client said we make it look easy, which I think is an incredible compliment. This operation is truly a team effort. We are proud and honored to continue supporting our clients and look forward to producing many more virutal events in 2021.

Today we wrapped up a busy season of virtual events. Our business completely changed in May when a client entrusted us to host our first livestreamed program. Since that time, we have redesigned, marketed, planned, produced, and managed numerous events and no two programs looked the same as we tailored the product to meet the needs of each project and audience. We have trained, rehearsed and test called over 250 speakers and supported more than 2,000 meeting participants. This has been the most humbling experience for me personally and professionally. I am proud of our success and extremely grateful to the countless individuals that made it all happen. Special thanks to my incredible team Emily, Jessica, Blair, Ariel, and Mary and Iron blender studios, Event AV, Boston Networks, LLC and Recycled Paper Printing, Inc.

Our socially-distanced broadcast studio was designed to live-stream over 25 hours of content. Most presenters came into the studio, but several presented remotely over 3 days. A rejuventation exercise break is in progress during this video, which gave our attendees a chance to stretch before returning to class.
