About two weeks ago, at our Leadership Meeting, we proudly honored this year’s Employee of the Year Award and Founder's Award recipients. Our people are far and away our key strength and our most important asset, and these awards are meant to underline that fact by honoring a select few of the employees who make our company great. A Shields family tradition, these awards recognize team members who have gone above and beyond during the past year. The Employee of the Year Awards each reflects one of our five company values: Kindness, Excellence, Innovation, Character and Growth.

Our Founder's Award was established by Thomas and Mary Shields to recognize an individual who personifies, each and every day, year after year, our core values of kindness, excellence, innovation, character and growth. The recipient of this award contributes to the Shields legacy by modeling our values for patients and teammates, demonstrating dedication, diligence and compassionate care, and working each day to make a positive difference in our business and culture. This year's recipient was Tisha Delmore, Chief Financial Officer.

A brand-new piece of advanced medical imaging technology just arrived — and yes, the crate it came in is bigger than many apartments.

We can tell you this much: it’s NOT a new MRI machine. But it is something big for patient care.

Here are your hints:
