Distorted thinking is Cognitive Distortions: a way of coping with adverse life events.early research shows that human beings may develop these thinking distortions as a survival tactic.Most people experience Cognitive distortions from time to time but if these reinforced often enough they can increase anxiety,relationship difficulties, deepen depression and lead to other complications. The people you spend the most time with shape who you are. WHO ARE YOU HANGING WITH? Remember: the more you are exposed to those people; you start to think like them and behave like them. Hang with judgmental people, and you will judge, be with insecure people, and become uncertain. Be around people building their dreams, and you will become inspired to go for your passions. You envision the possibilities and never let go of the idea. Soon just thinking about it isn't enough, and now it's time to put it into action. When this happens, it opens the doors to obtaining what you're seeking. What you focus on and then put energy into will create the outcome. Be careful because this happens with negative choices too. In fact, anything we desire then start to participate in will become our path. If you are in a negative headspace surrounded by people who don't inspire you, encourage you, support you, then you will not grow or gain the required strength to make your passions a reality. Find what you want the most out of life, then start making a plan to help you live it.
