Time to get wiggly and creative with our Jellyfish Pose! 🌟
How to do it:
1. Start in a forward fold, letting your arms and legs hang down.
2. Wiggle your arms and legs gently to mimic the graceful movements of a jellyfish floating in the ocean!
3. Add some gentle head rolls and shakes to bring your jellyfish to life!
