I participated in a bike event called STP and went for a bike ride with my husband. 🚴‍♀️🚴‍♂️🚴🏾
We didn't train properly, so we took it lightly. 😆
Of course, we couldn't finish the entire ride. Maybe after a year, we'll be able to complete it. 💪👏👏💪
I have developed a habit of applying sunscreen, so I wore sunscreen on my face and body before riding the bike. However, my husband didn't apply sunscreen and after riding for about two hours, during a rest time, I applied sunscreen on his body. ❤️
It was in the morning, and the only difference was that he didn't apply sunscreen for just two hours, but the difference was significant. 😱🧐😟😔🥺
Nowadays, the sunlight is quite strong. I can relate to those living in Seattle who enjoy the sunshine. However, direct exposure to sunlight can damage the skin and accelerate aging. If you have to apply sunscreen anyway, I recommend using effective and high-quality products. Because Our bodies are precious, after all.✨✨💕

Then, I apply a moisturizing face mask pack and dissolve lavender-scented Epsom salt in warm water. ♨️✨💭
While enjoying a hot tub, I sip on refreshing Nubiome tea. 😌
It's the perfect evening for self-care. ❤️
