We hear this all the time, but most of the time, it’s not actually bad hips.

It’s hips that have become stiff, weak, and stopped moving the way they’re supposed to.

Your hips were designed to rotate, bend, and support you.
If we don’t use them, we lose them.

Rehab isn’t about avoiding your hips,

it’s about teaching them how to move again.

Sometimes the issue isn’t damage, it’s lack of movement and strength.

Our Story

Quality Care Physical Therapy was founded in September of 2001, by John Monahan, PT, DPT. We are a locally owned and operated outpatient physical therapy clinic that has been servicing the greater Eastside since 2001. We have been awarded with the Best of Physical Therapy and Customer Service for the Northshore area, which encompasses Bothell, Woodinville, Kirkland and Kenmore. We look forward to meeting you and becoming your family’s physical therapy office!
