It worked

Back in August of 2014 I took my health into my own hands, and in a good way. I had weight loss surgery and since then have not looked back. One of the many side affects of the surgery is hair loss. A friend gave me some essential oils to massage on my scalp and also put on the bottom of my feet to help. Thinking to myself, “Like this will really work!” Well that little voice a couple months later was saying, “I told you so!”

Fast forward to Good Friday 2018, and I pulled my right calf muscle. A family friend had given me deep blue rub from doTERRA. Within seconds I could feel it working, and wanted more of this hippie oil stuff! The summer of 2018 proved to be a great summer of sun, fun, and learning about oils that are gifts of the earth. Yes, I took the leap into essential oils.

My dad was a skeptic to say the least. Once I got my oils, I put water and lavender oil in the diffuser and put it in Cliffie’s room. Needless to say he slept through the night. Since August of 2018 he has been sleeping through the night.

As for myself, I have started using a blend of oils for restless leg syndrome. I have not taken my rls meds since August, I diffuse Serenity every night to help me sleep. Slim and Sassy has cut my food cravings as well as my sugar cravings. In Tune is an oil I use to help me concentrate and is used every day!! Motivate, well that helps me keep going throughout the day.
