You all may have noticed a recent trend on my page. Cbd. I haven’t done the best job explaining that. Time to fix that
Dealing with pain and anxiety is a daily occurrence for many people. Myself included.
I’ve used food and exercise as my main tools to not feel the anxiety and pain. As I work on the diet part I found myself incredibly uncomfortable. And that’s ok. Part of the healing.
I also started doing research on cbd as an alternative for anxiety. Then I tried using it.
The research and results were enough for me. I’m 100% on board. So much so that I opened an online store to help other people get relief the same way I have.
