If you're ready for Reiki Level Two, this is my "game-changer class." You'll learn how to send reiki remotely, learn three symbols that amplify the intentions and effects of reiki, and more.

My next Reiki Level Two class in Boulder, Colorado, is Saturday and Sunday, November 22 + 23, 12-3 p.m. both days. $297 includes class, printed guide and complimentary Reiki Tune-Up (additional workshop practice offered regularly in person and on Zoom). Two seats of three remain as of today.

I had a huge Grief Wave yesterday. I could feel that suddenly it was difficult to breathe (grief is processed and held in the lungs), and then I was crying, sobbing...

❣️ Your body remembers. You're not meant to "get through" grief but to learn to carry it differently and more healthily.

Yesterday was the one-year anniversary of my dear cousin Linda's death. Weeks before that last year, my friend Tom died unexpectedly. There are several death anniversaries coming up, actually, and my body is feeling it all.

💚🕯 This time of year has been a wonderful, intentional, loving time to honor deceased loved ones, animal and human. Even if Dia de los Mu***os is not in your practice, perhaps lighting a candle is, or gazing at a photo of a deceased loved one, or holding dear memories of your deceased in your heart....

⭐️ I see you.

➡️ Even as a Grief Intuitive Coach and Death Walker, I still carry grief and still feel it deeply. So many dear ones I miss and honor. And I have incredible empathy and inspiration to support you and walk with you in your Grief.
