I've been thinking a lot today about how much changed and how I was never the same when my dad suddenly died at age 48, now 26 years ago today. We walk through so many doors, unknowingly, where suddenly we can't go back to the life we just had five minutes ago. Significant life events are like that.

Life has opened me in so many ways to learning how to grieve, understanding death as a teacher, being willing to trust myself and be inspired enough to take risks, realize who nurtures me and supports me and really sees me, use my life experiences and empathy to skillfully support others, and tell people how I feel about them.

I'm so grateful to be where I am in my life, so in awe with what opened in me, even with the hardest things.

And today, I'm just in a more tender, reflective space... and all is well somehow, and still unfolding... opening.

Full Moon Blessings to you. 🌕

Full Moon energy brings completion to older patterns; when we finally acknowledge and willingly release what is hurting us, the lighter and brighter days are so much more accessible.

:: Eclipses bring turning points and encourage us to prioritize balance, grounding, empowerment and healthier alignments.
