Immersion Week with Giselle in Hawaii! ✨️

Join us in Hawaii for a 1-week immersion into the e84 approach to learning the hot yoga sequence of 84 asanas. This is a chance for hot yoga lovers to practice the e84 Intermediate class and the 84 Asanas class every day for 7 days in a row.

There are no requirements to attend this Immersion Week, everyone is welcome!

Family, we are excited to announce our next 26&2 Teacher Certification! 🧘‍♂️

Led by Esak Garcia in Atlanta, Georgia from June 28–July 18, 2026

➡️ Registration deadline March 22, 2026!!

This is a 200-hour Yoga Alliance certified training that prepares students to teach the 26&2 series with precision and confidence.

It includes three phases: online coaching for memorization, an intensive three-week immersion in Atlanta focused on teaching skills and anatomy, and a three-month practicum where students teach public classes to gain hands-on experience.

The last couple of weeks, we were fully immersed in the 84 Asanas Training with Esak. It was such an amazing two weeks — full of yoga, homework, backbends, fun, and meaningful connections. 💫

It was really special to share this experience with a group of students so dedicated to their practice over many years. During the training, we got creative — practicing in different spaces: yoga rooms, meeting rooms, and at the hotel ✨️🤸🏻‍♀️

➡️ In separate leg stretching pose, the movement should initiate from a hinge at the hip joints, not from rounding the back.

If your hips are tight, especially the hamstrings, adductors, and glutes, your pelvis can’t tilt forward easily, which forces your lower back to round and limits your depth.
