On March 22, World Water Day, Prasad and I will be guiding a FREE Prayer Circle at Vali Soul Sanctuary, 1pm-3pm.

This is a spiritual kind of Prayer and is not tied to any religious context. Prayer meaning heart-centered intentional words, thoughts and expressions to create a current of healing, gratitude, comfort and love, in communion and connection with the Divine, whatever that is to you. This is a space to acknowledge what is happening in our lives, our hearts and the world, to create hopeful visions, ask for guidance and blessings, and to bring our loving thoughts, support and energies to hold these intentions. Ultimately, prayer is a beautiful way to foster peace within and without and to give space to the voice of our heart’s truth.

When a group of beings pray together consciously, the energy behind them is exponentially powerful. Holding one another’s prayers TOGETHER, in community, is incredibly special. There’s no better time than now to let ourselves express and connect in this way. It’s needed more than ever.

We welcome you to pray in whatever way feels right for you- whether that’s through words, songs, poems, presence or movement- all is welcome.

Here’s What You Can Expect (although this is open to shifting and flowing with what is present for the day):
- Sharing and connecting with our community
- Gentle breathwork and movement practice to calm the system and open the heart
- Song sharing (together and separately- you are not required to sing)
- Expressing our prayers in all their forms
- A meditation to hold, focus on and feed our collective prayers and healing current
- A special prayer collaboration for the Waters of the World and the Earth
- No one is required to share. Your presence is enough.
- This is not a sound bath. But, Prasad will lightly sprinkle in some musical prayers.

Donations are gratefully accepted to cover the space rental & any additional funds will be contributed to a nonprofit which supports the water.

We are so excited to be gathering for a special celebration of the Spring Equinox and World Water Day at Vali Soul on 3/19! We will tune into and focus on the theme of the season- rejuvenation and fresh new growth. In addition to our sound journey and guided meditation focusing on planting our seeds of intention, we will include some breathwork and a special small ritual to honor and give our love to the life-giving waters. We will also have a fabulous guest, David Engele, joining and playing music with us!

Our Prayer

Sound Rise Alchemy was born from a deep desire and prayer to be of service. Our mission is to bring peace, balance and healing back into all aspects of Creation, to nurture and guide human and planetary awakening. We offer a synergistic blend of sounds, connection and Spirit. Weaving a fusion of ancient and modern modalities, SRA (Sound Rise Alchemy) is designed to help people remember their truth and awaken their own inner wisdom, activating the power to Self-Heal.

A deep spiritual connection guides our use of instruments, sacred songs, ancient rhythms, feathers, plants & crystals. Shamanic healing, journeying and ceremonial techniques from training in a diverse range of traditions stand strong at the core of our work. Within a safe and supportive container, the musical alchemy inspires an opening of the heart and spirit, allowing the process of empowerment, growth and transformation to take root. The resonant energy from the crystals and sound emit vibrations which awaken and activate the body’s energetic/auric fields toward equilibrium. These frequencies dig deep into the layers of our being, calling forth release, clearing and de-tangling of patterns and blocks that may have hindered us from aligning with our highest expression. The journey to harmony begins as your inner garden is nourished and your organic state of vibrant health and joy returns.
