AIM House is an individualized, residential mentoring program for young adults. Our program is designed for the individual who is transitioning from residential treatment centers, drug and alcohol rehabilitation centers, wilderness programs, and therapeutic boarding schools. We provide a positively structured living environment and a supportive, personalized program.

At AIM, we understand that supporting young adults means supporting the people who support them. Families play a critical role in long-term growth and independence, which is why AIM offers a dedicated Parent Support Group.

This group provides a trusted space for education, encouragement, and community — ensuring parents feel informed, connected, and supported throughout their young adult’s journey.

Our AIM Community has had a vibrant start to the year as we settle into 2026. During our transition away from full-time residential care, some understandable confusion has arisen. We are still providing first-rate, holistic-based treatment with community housing options. We are focused squarely on delivering the highest-quality transitional care through a refreshed, sustainable model. We strive to innovate and meet clients where they are.

Through the last 26 years, this has meant evolving and changing as needs and time do. The past few years have been incredibly challenging for so many of us and for the clients we work with. Simultaneously, the need for affordable outpatient services and mentoring is as present as ever.

We’re pleased to share that our integrated AIM Health, Evolve, and Madelife programs are growing organically! Today's AIM offers creative education at Madelife, community mentoring and housing through Evolve, and comprehensive clinical services through AIM Health. Our clinically licensed, Joint Commission-accredited outpatient programs at AIM Health continue to provide a full continuum of care, including individual and group therapy, PHP, IOP, OP, Psychiatry, and Ketamine-Assisted Therapy.

2025 has come and gone and just like the end of any year, we reflect on the people, the experiences, the memories, the hard times, the joyous times — all of it.

There is a lot on the horizon for AIM as we head into 2026 and we’re ready for it all!

Dear friends and partners:

First, thank you to everyone for your kind notes in response to our announcement yesterday. One thing we want to be clear about (because who reads an entire 9 paragraph email) is that AIM is not closing. Far from it! We are, however, scaling back long term residential services, allowing us to focus on Evolve, madelife and Boulder Integrated Health. Our current participants in AIM House will continue to live and get the care they currently are receiving — no one will leave. This is a transitional time allowing us to focus on what’s next.
