Since the new US Dietary Guidelines were released in January, we’ve thought a lot about how we want to communicate a balanced Paleo plate.
A healthy plate starts with vegetables — and lots of them. Add quality protein like seafood, grass fed meat, or eggs. Finish with healthy fats from avocado, olive oil, or what naturally comes with your protein.

This is not about quick fixes. It is about building resilience, steadier energy, and long-term health through everyday food choices.
