Your location changes everything 📍
What grows easily, thrives, and actually tastes good, all comes back to your environment.
Eating seasonally (and paleo) isn’t about rules. It’s just a more natural way to approach food. And when you start paying attention to what grows around you, everything feels a little more connected.

Let’s talk about balance ⚖️ Protein needs fiber in order to achieve the health benefits. Studies show that when you eat natural sources of protein (lean meats, fish, eggs), your body thanks you! Try substituting your protein supplements with real food, add in fiber regularly, and let the results show you which source of protein is better 🌱

Why is the word “Caveman” banned from The Paleo Diet office? It doesn’t accurately reflect what our ancestors truly ate. Yes, meat was a huge part of their diet. But so were fruits, vegetables, nuts, and seeds. Whether you are eating Paleo to lose a few pounds, perform better as an athlete, or treating a health condition - it works for everyone 🌱

Our diet needs some Omega-6, but too much can lead to inflammation and often it causes pain. That’s why we cook with olive oil or macadamia nut oil. Check out our Paleo certified partner - - for an alternative cooking oil! 👩‍🍳

If you’re not intentionally building lean muscle around age 40, your resting metabolic rate gradually declines 📉 Which means you can eat the same way, move your body the same way, but STILL gain body fat. It’s unfair, but it’s not a matter of failure - it’s just hormonal biology. created a paleo-inspired plate structure so that women in the perimenopause stage can continue to increase muscle, improve sleep, stabilize blood sugar, and lower stress and inflammation levels.
