Your pelvis is doing something it’s never done before — carrying a growing baby while your ligaments loosen and your center of gravity shifts. Sometimes your body adapts evenly. Sometimes it doesn’t.

When one side pulls tighter than the other, every step hurts. Rolling over in bed hurts. Standing up hurts. That’s not weakness. That’s imbalance.

Pelvic pain during pregnancy is incredibly common. But common doesn’t mean you have to accept it. When we help your pelvis find balance, movement starts to feel possible again — and you can actually enjoy this season instead of just surviving it.

You deserve to move through pregnancy with confidence, not fear.

Every week of pelvic tension is a week your baby has less room to move. Every week you spend Googling breech exercises at midnight is a week your body could be getting the support it actually needs.

We hear it often: “I’ll come in if baby is still breech at 36 weeks.” But your pelvis doesn’t know what week it is. The tension that’s limiting baby’s space right now isn’t waiting for a deadline. And the earlier we can support your body, the more time baby has to respond.

You don’t have to wait for a diagnosis or a deadline. Supporting your pelvis now gives baby more time and more space to find their optimal position.

It’s not too late. But sooner is better than later.

Baby positioning isn’t about luck, timing, or which stretches you found on Google. It’s about the space inside your pelvis.

Your pelvis is the environment your baby lives in. Think of it like a hammock — when one side is pulled tighter than the other, the hammock tips. Baby can’t settle into the lowest point because the lowest point is off-center.

We don’t move babies. We don’t force anything. We help balance the tension in your pelvis, ligaments, and nervous system so your baby has room to find their optimal position naturally.

This isn’t wishful thinking. It’s preparation. Your body is capable — it just needs support.

If your gut says something feels wrong with your baby’s crying — trust that. You’re not being dramatic. You’re not overthinking it. You’re paying attention.

Parents know. Even when the pediatrician says baby is healthy. Even when everyone around you says “some babies just cry.”

You can see it in their body — the arching, the stiffening, the way they cry like they can’t settle. That’s not normal fussiness. That’s discomfort.

The question isn’t whether something is off. Your instincts already answered that. The question is: what’s causing the discomfort your baby can’t describe?

When we find the tension and help their body release it, the crying often changes. Not overnight. But meaningfully. You deserve answers. Your baby deserves comfort.

You’ve tried every position. Every hold. Every angle. And your baby is still struggling at the breast or bottle.

Here’s what nobody told you: the latch might look fine on the outside. But your baby’s body could be uncomfortable on the inside.

Birth creates tension in tiny necks, jaws, and skulls — even uncomplicated births. That tension makes feeding painful or exhausting for your baby, no matter how perfect the position.

This isn’t a technique problem. It’s a comfort problem. And when we support your baby’s comfort at a body level, feeding can become what it was always meant to be — calm, connected, and natural.

You don’t have to keep trying harder. 📍Link in bio to book a newborn feeding assessment.

No force. No cracking. Just gentle, specific touch on areas where birth tension affects feeding.

When a baby’s neck is tight or their jaw is holding tension from delivery, latching becomes uncomfortable — no matter how perfect the position.

They click. They arch. They pull off. They cry. Not because they don’t know how to feed. Because their body won’t let them.

Pediatric chiropractic for newborns uses pressure lighter than you’d use to check if a piece of fruit is ripe. Most babies relax right into it. Some fall asleep on the table.

When we support your baby’s body at this level, feeding often becomes what it was always meant to be: calm, connected, and natural.

Your baby can’t tell you where it hurts. They can’t point to their neck or explain that their head feels tight. They can only show you — by crying.

Birth is the most physically intense experience of your baby’s life. Even uncomplicated deliveries create pressure on tiny heads and necks. When that tension stays, their nervous system gets stuck in overdrive. They’re not fussy. They’re uncomfortable.

We don’t teach babies to cry less. We help their bodies feel comfortable enough to settle. That’s the difference between managing symptoms and supporting the source.

If your baby’s crying feels like more than “just colic” — trust that feeling.

You’ve tried the stretches. The positions. The ice on your belly. You’re still worried about where baby is sitting. Here’s what most people miss: your pelvis is the environment your baby lives in. If one side is tight, if there’s tension in your round ligaments, baby doesn’t have room to settle into the best position. We don’t move babies. We make room. When your pelvis is balanced, baby often figures out the rest. You’re not too late. Your body isn’t failing you. Sometimes it just needs support.

She came in at 34 weeks. Rolling over in bed felt like her p***c bone was splitting apart. She was dreading labor because if THIS was her body now, how could she possibly handle birth? When we assessed her, her pelvis was rotated. Her SI joint was locked on one side. Her body was working against itself with every step. We didn’t do anything dramatic. Just gentle, pregnancy-specific care to restore balance. A few visits later, she texted: “I rolled over last night without waking up. First time in weeks.” By birth, she said: “I feel like my body can actually do this now.” That’s the difference.

As a mom, the last thing you want is for your baby to be in pain or struggling to feed.

So when someone says ”it’s probably tongue tie,” it feels like an answer. A reason. A solution.

But here’s what most people skip over:
Tongue tie isn’t the only reason babies struggle to latch. Tension in baby’s jaw, neck, and cranial bones—built up during birth—can mimic every single symptom of a tongue tie.

The clicking? Tension.
The pain? Tension.
The low supply? Tension.
Baby popping off? Tension.

And here’s where it gets important:
If your baby has tension AND a tongue tie, releasing the tie alone won’t fix the problem. The tension is still restricting movement and preventing a proper latch.

But if it’s ONLY tension—no actual tie—then a release is an unnecessary procedure your baby doesn’t need.
This is why a chiropractic assessment should come first.

Gentle adjustments can release the tension, restore baby’s range of motion, and often resolve feeding issues entirely—no procedure needed.

And if a release does end up being necessary, addressing the tension first means your baby heals faster and latches better afterward.

You don’t have to just accept painful nursing. And you don’t have to jump straight to a procedure.

There’s a step in between. And it starts with an assessment.

You’re not broken. You’re not weak. Your nervous system has just been in protection mode so long it forgot there’s any other option. Deep breathing isn’t working because the system receiving the breath is still in alarm mode. Bubble baths can’t help when you’re running at 5% battery. You’ve been trying to manage dysregulation. What if you could actually support the system causing it? Nervous system care helps your body remember what calm feels like. Not by adding to your plate—by supporting the body that carries the plate. That’s when the capacity to handle life comes back.
